The Magic of Intermittent Fasting - 16:8



If we look around us, everything in nature follows a particular order and timing. For example, the moon and the sun have a regular cycle of twelve months in a year; The four seasons are continuous and ready; the seeds must germinate before they become plants; On fruit trees, first flowers bloom, then fruits appear, and then those fruits ripen. Our body is also a part of nature, just like nature, our body also follows a particular sequence and time.

Our body works in three phases:

1. Digest food

2. Absorbing essential substances from digested food

3. Removing waste from the body

If any one of these three activities is missed, then the efficiency of the body starts getting affected, due to which our health is badly affected.

We all know that only an unhealthy and weak body is attacked by diseases. So, 1- we must do body cleansing and later by following the natural laws, 2- make the body strong. Only then can a person become strong with his mind and his stamina can increase. At present, our body is engaged in the work of the first stage only because most people do not eat according to the requirement of their body but according to their taste and moods and put all those things in their stomach which are very difficult or sometimes it is impossible for the body to digest, or our body is not made for them.

Just as bathing and changing clothes are necessary for the external cleanliness of the body, in the same way, it is necessary to remove the accumulated dirt (poisonous substances) inside the body to maintain physical, mental, and emotional health, which either enter the body or the body gives birth to them. Now, we will talk about how we can remove the accumulated dirt inside your body, in other words, cleaning the internal parts/organs of your body. After doing this, you will see your weight starts decreasing automatically, your skin becomes clear, you feel tremendous energy and your mind also becomes very clean and clear. As a result, you start feeling blissful. So, let’s talk about the first step.

Body Cleansing

For cleaning the body, it is necessary to take out the undigested food, dirt, and toxins from your body i.e., knowing how to clean/detox the body from the inside is more important than knowing what to eat.

As mentioned above, our body is made for fresh fruits, vegetables, and food that we get directly from nature. But by mistake, we start feeding it lots of cereals, oil, bread, parathas, sodas, snacks, packaged food etc.

Due to this, our body does not work properly, and diseases start growing in the body.

That's why the first step is to take out the rotting, undigested food, and dirt accumulated inside the body i.e., body cleansing.

Fasting 



Fasting is the most effective way to cleanse the body, normally Indians keep fasting for one reason or the other, which is a maximum of 12 hours, but in this remedy, you need to give 16 hours of rest to your stomach every day i.e. You must fast for 16 hours and eat only 8 hours. Suppose you ate your dinner at 8 pm, then the next day you have nothing to eat till 12 noon, you must eat your breakfast at 12 noon, followed by grain meals in the afternoon and then dinner at 8 pm, this is called intermittent (prolonged) fasting.

By fasting for 16 hours daily, your body gets time to heal each day and if 16 hours is too much for you, don't worry, you can start with 14 hours. After that keep increasing it, maybe you are already fasting for 12 hours, believe me, it is not difficult at all.

Healing Power



During this healing, the body regenerates tissues, removes old scars, and removes old, damaged, or dead cells from your skin, it melts the stones present in your kidney and gall bladder. It removes excess fat from your cells, breaks down cysts, and fibroids and regulates your hormones, cleanses your intestines, removes mucus that accumulates on your throat and removes plaque from your arteries. Your healing power goes deep into each organ and removes the toxic substances lying there and expels them from your body through stool, urine, sweat and breath.

It is also important to keep in mind that your dinner should be light such as salad and soup. If you eat very heavy food like pulses, chapati, rice etc. then it takes more time to digest which leaves you much time or no time at all for healing.

Between 6 pm to 10 am is suitable for fasting because most of the time you are not eating, you are sleeping or resting so your body does not require much energy.

If you are fasting for 16 hours every night...

You give 112 hours a week for healing...

You devote 450 hours a month to healing, so, in 3 months you give 1500 hours for healing...

With 1500 hours of healing, all chronic diseases such as diabetes, cholesterol, and PCOD can be eradicated from the root. If you are young and your problem is not too old, it may take you much less time than this.

Recommended Diet Plan

During fasting, you must eat light and digestible food which can be digested by the body quickly and easily.

Before breakfast at 10 am – coconut water or ash gourd (locally called Petha) juice or any other seasonal vegetable juice can be taken.



Breakfast at 12 noon – You can have lots of fresh seasonal fruits.

Lunch at 2 pm – Vegetable-chapati, brown rice, quinoa etc. can be taken.

Dinner at 6 pm – Salad and soup and if you feel hungry in the meantime you can have coconut water and freshly grated coconut.



 *This plan is not recommended for children, heavy physical exertion and athletes.
